Safe gluten-free cooking, and the support that goes with it.
Sift was built by someone who has celiac and is raising a child with it. Tell us what's in your kitchen and we'll find you something safe to make. Check any ingredient against published guidance. And when cooking is the least of what you're navigating, head to Wellbeing, browse the guided meditations, or explore coaching.
⚠️ Awaiting registered dietitian review. This database was compiled from publicly available guidance by the sources listed above. Every entry needs review by a celiac-specialist RD before the app is shared publicly. Entries marked with † are lower-confidence and most need dietitian attention.

Body first
Before you pick a mood
Living with celiac is genuinely hard in ways most people around you don't fully see. The constant vigilance, the label-reading, the social friction, the physical recovery when something goes wrong. This section exists because food safety is only part of the picture.
Pick a card below that fits where you are right now. Each one gives you validation, a bit of research, and a grounding technique that works directly on what celiac tends to do to the nervous system.

About me
Celiac Patient & Celiac Parent
I built Sift because I needed it. I have celiac disease, and so does my child. Finding a meal that is safe, quick, and actually satisfying — without an ingredient audit every time — was a daily frustration. So I made the tool I wished existed.
I am an ICF-ACC certified coach specializing in well-being, leadership, and life transitions through a core-dynamics lens. I practice somatic core centering, am a certified Points of You Business Trainer, and have been trained in Positive Intelligence. I am currently completing a menopause coaching certification and a happiness studies program.
Coaching and celiac live in the same space for me: both are about learning to trust your body, advocate for yourself, and make choices that actually serve your life — not just get you through the day.

Work with me
If you are navigating a health diagnosis, a life transition, or just feel like you have been running on empty for too long, coaching can help you move from surviving to actually thriving. I work with people who want something to shift — not just cope.
🌿
Well-being & resilience
Managing a chronic illness like celiac takes a toll that goes beyond diet. We look at the whole picture — stress, identity, energy, relationships — and build a sustainable path forward.
🔄
Life transitions
New diagnosis. Career change. Midlife recalibration. Menopause. When the ground shifts, coaching helps you get clear on what you actually want next — and how to pursue it with less friction.
🎯
Leadership & purpose
Leadership is not just a role. It is how you show up — for your team, your family, yourself. We work with your core dynamics to unlock where you lead from strength and where you get in your own way.
